As a positive effect of the marking-on-the-fly-method, there will be no need to stop and synchronize the workpiece which dramatically reduces processing time, saving the user a lot of time.

You are free to create texts, graphic pictures, logos and similar on your workpieces. The marking data may be also variable, as for instance data codes or consecutive numbers.

However, by using inserted proximity switches, it will be always possible to start laser processing on single parts as well. The velocity of the conveyor belt may vary, as fluctations of the running belt are recognized and automatically compensated by an integrated sensor.
